Hiking Tyrol Austria - the most beautiful way to get to know the largest nature park in Austria. Hiking and mountaineering in the Karwendel Nature Park is a special experience. The possibilities for hiking and climbing are manifold. Tours can be planned comfortably from home on the interactive map. From easy hikes to alpine pastures and huts to mountain tours on exposed ridges to long-distance hikes lasting several days. The area of the nature park awaits with quiet vastness and unique nature. A very dense network of huts also invites you to exciting multi-day tours in addition to hiking and mountaineering. The Inn Valley is the southern border of the Karwendel and the starting point for tours. Among others to the Nordkette via Innsbruck, to the Halltal or to the Wolfsklamm. Via the mountain station Hafelekar or through the Halltal offer very rewarding tours in all degrees of difficulty. Glungezer & Patscherkofel in the Tux Alps

Hiking Tyrol in the Tux Alps. In the unique natural landscape of the Glungezer and Patscherkofel. The Glungezer cable cars take visitors comfortably to the middle station Halsmarter and further to the top station Tulfein. High above the Inn Valley await magnificent hikes such as the famous Pine trail. A breathtaking high-altitude trail that leads through the largest Swiss pine stand in the Alps and the highest botanical garden in Europe. From the Patscherkofel to Tulfes, or vice versa. The 1st Legends via Ferrata at the Glungezer starts above the Zirbensee and leads on an altitude difference of 400 meters to just before the Glungezerhütte. The Glungezer summit, 2,677 meters above sea level, rewards with a fantastic distant view of 300 Alpine peaks. To stop and linger: Huts and alpine pastures, such as the Tulfein-Alm, the Voldertalhütte. Selected hiking tours immerse you in the mysterious realm of crystals. Whether it's the wealth-generating Hall Valley salt crystal, the legendary rock crystal in the Tux Alps or the sparkling Swarovski Crystal Worlds. Highlights of the tours are stamp stations at places of scenic and cultural-historical interest. For the hiked crystal stamps one receives the respective crystals in the tourist office in Hall as a lasting memory for home. The Hall salt crystal can be purchased on the Hall Valley Historical Brine Hiking Trail. A themed hiking trail with 11 stations, including a puzzle trail for children. The mountain crystal of the Tux Alps can be acquired on the "Lizumer Zirbenweg" and the "High Altitude Trail Largoz". The sparkling Swarovski crystal can be discovered on the Historical Hiking Trail in Wattens. At the stamp station you have a wonderful view of the famous Swarovski Crystal Worlds and the water-spouting giant.

Highlights of the hiking vacation Tyrol with family are the adventure world "Kugelwald" at Glungezer, the pine lake with water playground at Glungezer and the active park Vögelsberg with beeping bird path. The "Kugelwald" at Glungezer is the world's only pine wood ball track in the open air. At an altitude of 1560m above sea level, there are spectacular wooden ball tracks, tree house, do-it-yourself playground, rest area, sound elements and a "magic saying tree" on 8000 m². The Zwugl-Trail is a family hike suitable for strollers around the mountain adventure world (45min). The small water playground below the pine lake invites you to cool off in the cool mountain lake. On the viewing platform you can enjoy the magnificent views of the Inn Valley and the Karwendel mountains. The Vögelsberg Active Park with bird trail is an interactive play and theme trail for the whole family. At 12 stations, the legend of the Vögelsberg is brought to life. Also suitable for families: The Historic Brine Hiking Trail Halltal, Gnadenwald Tree Trail at the foot of the Karwendel Natural Paradise.
