Innsbruck Kranebitten Airport (INN) is 13.4 km away. From the airport take the motorway access direction of A13/Salzburg/Brenner and join the A12/E60. Follow the A12 to the Hall in Tirol West junction in Ampass. Take exit 68-70 Hall-West. At the first roundabout take the 3rd exit. Innsbruck Airport

Check-In 3pm - 8pm
Your room will be at your disposal from 3pm on the day of arrival. In case of an earlier arrival, we will be happy to store your luggage until you check into your room. Our reception is open until 8pm. In case of a later arrival, please do contact us in advance. We will arrange a late check-in and inform you about further details.
Check-Out until 10am
Your room will be at your disposal until 10am on the day of departure. For a late check-out, please contact the reception. Our front desk will be at your disposal from 7am onwards. A late check-out until 1pm can be organised at the reception for 15.00 €.
We serve our breakfast buffet from 6am to 10am, on weekends and public holidays from 7am to 11am.
Parking is only available in our underground car park for a fee of 8.50€ per day. There are also charging points for all e-cars (including TESLA) in our underground car park. For groups arriving by coach, coach parking is available on request for 19.90€ per day.
Please note: Parking in the parking lot in front of the hotel is (unfortunately) not permitted. This parking lot does not belong to our hotel and in case of unauthorised parking, the owner may sue you for trespassing. Unfortunately, our hotel guests are not permitted to use the parking spaces surrounding the hotel grounds in the entire area of the industrial park.
The following generally applies to direct bookings: Cancellation free of charge until 6pm on the day of arrival. Cancellations after this time as well as no shows will be charged 100% of the first night's stay. A deposit is not required. We require your credit card details to guarantee the reservation. Bookings made at the "non-refundable rate" are excluded from this rule. In this case the total amount is due at the time of booking.
If your booking exceeds 5 room units, separate payment/cancellation terms for groups will apply. The information on this can be found on your offer/booking confirmation or can be requested for your individual enquiry/booking at any time at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your booking is considered confirmed as soon as you have received a booking confirmation from us. Enquiries are always non-binding. Hwest Hotel reserves the right to refuse online bookings via the website within 24 hours of the booking date, without giving any reason.
Smoking is only permitted outside the hotel building. We provide ashtrays next to the hotel entrance, as well as on our terrace. For smoking in the room we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of 200.00€.
Pets are allowed in the Hwest Hotel Hall. We charge 15.00€ per pet per day (excl. food). In case of exceptional damage/soiling, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. Please register your 4-legged friend at the time of booking.

As a business hotel, hygiene has always been a special concern for us. We are hygiene-certified and proud of it. Nevertheless, we have taken the current situation as an opportunity to evaluate and further improve our hygiene measures, which are already very far-reaching. This will largely take place behind the scenes, but a few things will also change for you as guests.

In order to guarantee sustainable hygiene and cleanliness, every area of our hotel is monitored and confirmed by internal or external controls. Of course, this also applies to our service partners and suppliers. We are particularly proud of our TÜV certification and the certifications of our partner Salesianer (hygiene, environment).

Our front desk is equipped with glass panelling and distance markings. In addition, disinfection stations have been installed in all public areas of the hotel. Our staff are continuously trained according to the current regulations. Contactless payment by credit card is of course also possible.
We are glad to have been spared from Corona. Therefore, our cleaning staff will continue to maintain our hygiene standards at the usual high level. Because impeccable cleaning of all rooms is a matter of course for us.
Due to the current legal situation, our popular breakfast buffet will be replaced by a breakfast service until further notice. Just let us know what you would like for breakfast and we will serve it to your table.
